Tmack custom 1w 638nm laser using the new Oclaro 700mW diode

Today i received my 1w 638nm custom laser from Tmack He measured a stable 980mw on his lpm. im am shocked how bright it is. Comparing it to my 200mw 520nm the beam is ever so slightly brighter to my eyes. the divergence is well horrible but thats to be expected. Imo i think it gives the laser a unique characteristic. Anyway onto some pictures because this host is nothing short of awesome :wave:

The more i play with this laser the more i like it despit the bad divergence. I really like the color. Its red but you cant miss the slight orange tint to it its a very nice color. Next up will be a 462nm in a c11 host then a 405 is some other host by then my wallet will sure be gasping for air si ill tske a spending break for awhile after that.
