I recently purchased this Laser Flashlight - https://www.ebay.com/itm/204347636854
The size of this thing is massive and it's very heavy. It's powered by four 181350 batteries which are just two 18650s in series. I decided to compare it to an XHP70.2 LED flashlight I have and it gave it a good run.
The XHP70.2 was actually brighter when zoomed out to a wide flood which is hard to tell in the pictures. However, when zoomed in to a tight spot the LEP is way brighter. The light is much better condensed and it throws for quite a long ways. The divergence is not nearly as good as their marketing photos show but it's still pretty good. The XHP70.2 flashlight gets warm very quickly when on full brightness but the Laser Flashlight stays much cooler for longer.
If I decide to take it apart I will post those photos as well. I may even convert it to a fancy laser pointer host at some point.
