Thread title change won't work

I've tried on a number of occasions to change the name of my thread and it never works. Any suggestions or ideas?

yup, there is no way to make this work in vbulletin without modifications. the current title changing method doesn't actually rename the thread title in the message index of boards.

i am happy to change a thread for you though just let me know
