Interesting... How did you go about doing this without the module sticking out of the rear of the heatsink?
Was it the side-button pocket pal with the copper heatsink?

I made a Meredith Side button pocket pal too, but also a Pocket Pal like yours. There was barely enough room with the wire leads 'bent' 90 degrees right at the diode pins. I bend the wires over right when I heat the heat shrink tubing, then the heat shrink tubing cools, and holds the wires bent over...
