They are also lying... Legally own? It's only around 700mW... DTR makes and owns 2W+ 445's and he did not get arrested either. It's the same as Arctic, just green, so it's much more visible... Didn't they use to make 500mW S3 Green Spyders? They were advertising them as the most powerful... The past is repeating.
