Oh trump loves war though. There's people whispering in his ear that one of the would-be assassins was funded by Iran and now he's already threatening to turn their cities to rubble. You know, like any anti-war candidate would. Plus he wants to bomb Mexico. Once you understand how his ego works, how thin skinned he is and how much he loves to "get even" and conversely, how favorable he acts if someone kisses his ass, he becomes very easy to manipulate.

You have been educated beyond your intellect by the mainstream media, try thinking for yourself.

YES Trump has a big ego and his jokes are easily misconstrued, Trumps comment about " Well I might be a dictator for a day " was indeed Trumps sense of humor..... NO He shouldn't make jokes like that, but he assumes people know what he knows, he assumes people are paying attention to the context...... he should know the left will twist every word to make political hay which they do.

Trump will never be a dictator, the courts wouldn't allow it anyway, but Harris wants to pack the court and that is big time bad news.

NO Trump likes to make jokes he shouldn't be making, he knows the mainstream media will run with anything he says as if it's " A great threat to our democracy " yet he can't help himself, but there's a big difference between his wry sense of humor and his track record, Trump was President for 4 years and he was NOT a dictator, hell he couldn't do anything without the courts jumping in, Trump is not a dictator, you just want socialism.

Trump will not escalate the war with Russia because Trump is not pushing regime change in Russia, democrats are.

Lets not forget the disaster at our Southern border, Trump will fix our border, Harris has already failed as border czar.
 
A man was arrested in North Carolina for threatening FEMA workers there. He actually told people he was hunting for them with his AR-15.
 
What's that have to do with anything paul ? Criminals are going to criminal, that's what police are for.

You still don't seem to understand the responsibilities of the vice president. They have no power to enact policy. Trump does far more than joke. He has plans for his political rivals if he gets elected. Democrats have never pushed in the least for regime change in Russia. Trump is, and always has been a fan of dictators. He is an existential threat to our democracy.

Yes, Ukrainians did invade part of the south in Russia. But, that wasn't at all a plan of Biden or Democrats. President Zelenskyy did that all on his own. Biden has given Ukrainians the military hardware to defend themselves as we have always done with democracies all over the world.
 
Trump is being interviewed by Bloomberg at the Economic Club in Chicago. What a liar! He is still claiming that tariffs are the solution to everything, even though it's a sales tax paid by US citizens.

For the record I actually do think Trump was joking when he said he'd only be a dictator on day one. That isn't why I think he is an authoritarian and dangerous fascist. its his actions, beliefs, and many of the other things he says that cause me to think that. To KNOW that.

If I were a Democrat or Democrat aligned media person, and wanted to convince others of this perspective, I'd appeal to and show many of these things and never even have to mention that "joke". Actually I would even agree that focusing on that particular incident too much does the anti-trump cause a disservice, as i think most people watching that clip would agree that he is joking. This could cause people to think that other claims of him being a fascist or authoritarian are hyperbole. It's also kinda lazy given what a target rich environment trump is if that were the case you wanted to make. Sometimes I think the democrats want to lose
 
Yeah, I don't think so. Just yesterday at her rally, Harris had two large screens and played Trump's own words for the crowd. Not one had him saying that he planned on being a dictator, but had a lot of him saying he was coming for the "enemy within" and the "radical liberal left."

Republicans voted to not allow the Republican immigration bill they crafted because Trump doesn't want a solution, just something to run on. That's so much worse as Democrats don't want a law that would disenfranchise registered voters.
