I have a 100mw green laser that I want to experiment with. I saw online that I could take a laser diode out of a laser to make it stronger. I tried everything I could to take the diode out but I was not successful. Any thoughts??

I agree with CEL. How is removing the diode going to magically make it stronger? It would also help to know what laser you are referring to. This is kind of like going to a general car forum and saying "Hey guys, I have a car. I want to make it faster. How do I do so?"

The most likely answer to your question is going to be buy another laser or build one yourself. Unless the manufacturer of the laser did something dumb like using a higher power diode than necessary(aka wasted money), you are only going to kill your laser much more quickly.

I guess he mean taking the ir diode out and replace it with another strong ir diode.

It is more like "Hey guys, I have a car. I want to make it faster. I saw online that I could take the engine out to make it faster. " :D

Just buy a better one.. Better yet, build one

Exactly!

There is plenty of info on this forum for that.
