strange lens in phr 803t sled

How do you get these out of the sled? I've tried to get the optics out and failed. They're the only thing I couldn't remove. (I spent like an hour disassembling the sled to the most full extent I could, and then looking at what it was made out of. Very fun.)

i just twisted it slightly with some needle nose pliers and they just popped right out

I brake the whole sled apart with cutting pliers, it's very brittle so it's easy. And I use toothpicks to bend or push anything.

Don't touch the optics with metal.
