Stonetek cant ship to area?

I was trying to buy a diode off of stonetek and when I went to the Delivery Information page it said:

"Not Available At This Time
Sorry, we are not shipping to your region at this time.
Please contact us for alternate arrangements."

I tried this with a different location that was pretty far away and I got the same results. Anyone know how I can fix this?

oh i didnt realize it was a glitch, i thought senkat just wouldn't ship to whatever country he's in..

I ordered something once, then a week later when I tried to order again I had this error, I messaged Senkat about it and he fixed whatever problem was existing.
