Must be a quite powerful green penlaser to pop balloon at that distance almost instantly.
Well BBC has enough funds to prep a laser like that.

Not really, 150mW would do it easily. I sold a pen like that not long ago for $130 iirc. Picked it up for the same exact amount also.

My guess is they paid quite a bit more though.
