Stage lighting advice.

Mabye they lie and the base actually has a linear power supply (bigass heavy transformer) with jumper taps to set the voltage to the correct level for the region the unit is shipped to. (like a baby buck/boost transformer). I'm just guessing tho T_J as I didnt look at the PDF.
