Square Diode mount

I am going to be doing some work with tec's and laser diodes.
Currently I am using one of these:

But the hole is way to big for an aixiz module, it is a verry lose fit.

What can i use that would be better?
Is this one any better?

Thanks, exactly the typee of thing I was looking for.
seems a little pricey, but i guess thats what it costs for a specialty item

anyone know of an aluminum version?
I wont get my hopes up, but copper would be great too lol

Aluminum or copper offers very little performance increase over brass. Junctions between materials have higher thermal resistance and if you're being anal-retentive about thermal transfer, those are what you want to eliminate. Going from die casing to copper aixiz to copper block will probably have a higher thermal resistance compared to this brass block simply because of the extra junction. The thermal resistance of the brass itself is close to zero.
