Hello guys,
Me and my buddy made a video few hours ago,distance of his house to my house is exactly 9km thanks to google earth.Here is the youtube link.
His laser is 200mw rayfoss.

The surprising thing is spartan can do it with such high divergence and line beam profile rather than round.My buddy also said his eyes dazzled by my laser and it lightened his whole room :D
I can't really wait the beam expander for this laser to be made.

Wow, just wow. Perfect illustration what an aircraft sees at 30,000' ... now imagine that shining in your window from a few hundred feet(like on approach or a heli).

Nice! This might make a few Die-Hards rethink their opinion that the light of a 1 watt 445 is no danger to aircraft.

Wow. Nice video. For those in the US that's 29,528 feet (5.6 miles) between the camera and laser source which makes that beam capable or reaching the cruising altitudes of many aircraft under clear conditions.

A video I'd like to see made is showing what pilots see when that happens on landing. Obviously there'd be a lot of preplanning needed for safety but I think if people saw how blindingly bright the cockpit becomes they may think twice.

My friend said it was so bright and lightened his whole room and his eyes dazzled by my laser even from that distance.So yes it is really dangerous for any vehicle operators.Drivers, pilots etc.If Spartan could do this with higher divergence than greens and line beam profile.I don't want to think what a high powered focusable or expander attached green laser can do.

If they take down the video "because i see someone has flagged it."
You might want to rename it, "The Dangers of a Spartan 1W even At a 9km distance"

Have you gotten to LPM your laser?

This should prove to a lot of people we need to be VERY careful Anywhere we shine a laser... Even in the video I think it's not a 100% good idea to randomly shine the laser. I'm sure he hit a lot of other people as well while taking the video...

No unfortunately I haven't a LPM.Ok I will change the name.Hmm I live in 9th floor and my friend does live in 7th floor but you are right it's not 100% safe.

I changed my videos name.First video is uploaded by my friend as soon as he comes online I will tell him to do so.
