Source for reasonably priced red laser goggles?

Thanks ..... i was wondering if the seller send some chart or data, with them ..... but also a measure of power passing through can be a good indication about if they are efficent or not (i mean, seeing the plastic ones from ebay and similars, that seem left pass half of the beam ..... )
