There have been many Threads/Posts on the subject..

Basic DMM usage info can be easily found on Google..

Thanks, I will search the forum again.... no luck yet... lots of stuff but no specific video showing the test for current with a laser driver... I guess everyone assumes that the viewer is not a noob like me and skips the basics...

I just did a search for "using test load" in the Google Search Bar
above...
I got at least 10 pages of results...

Reading some of them will surely give you the info that you need...
