I got mine to work with 17670 as well. It is basically an air tight fit though (I can hear air rushing out around the button when I load the battery ). That being said out of the 2-pack only one of the batts fit. : I guess I am just gonna order more and hope for the best, but the 1800mah should be more than enough for the BR.
I am really liking the size and feel of this case, in part due to the fact that the battery is so secure there is not movement or rattling when the lasers is in use it feels very solid/pro, it is also a pretty hefty pointer. It is one of the things that agravates me on the CNI style pointer, the feel of the battery moving.
In the end, my grand plan of a protected sonar went down the drain as I was too lazy :-/ ;D to transfer the protection circuit as I was quite anxious to have it running, but it would be possible without too much hassle, just a bit of sanding and precision soldering and viola a sonar with protection, maybe another day.
i am running mine at 162ma, what are you guys running yours at?
