I expect we will see some in 520nm and possibly 638nm.

Granted the fast axis divergence of each chip is still an issue, but the little arrays of 4 could be knife edged to get a tighter cluster from point blank to across the room.

These should get cheaper as bigger boards will have many 4 diode blocks to be harvested.
Then we can knife edge many onto the footprint of just one.
I expect green and red units as well..........oh yes, knife edge an RGB ???
