I was playing around with my scanner, and set it to do a static beam. This is my >100mw CNI, which appears to be modehopping  :-/

Anyway, my hands heat, coming from underneath, gave some cool effects!

So what we are seeing is actually movement in the tiny particles in the air right? :D

Yeah, in my pic, thats fog particles you see. In the above pics, that is dust in the air, right?

The first three are just dust.
The last one was a little bit of fog.
 
Fog machine fog right? Cause natural fog has way bigger particles than the fine mist in your pics Things. ;D
 
Yep, its a fog juice mix made to produce a light fog other than a thick cloud. It takes more juice and longer to fill the room, but its much friendlier to lasers and light shows :)
