Just a bigger scam from WL. Advertising it as a <1.25W so that people that don't know any better think it I'd a 1.25W

Maybe. Or just generic labels. My E2 532nm (advertised as 75mW) [review] came with a sticker saying <500mW

I can see a point in standardizing labels.
