Looks to me like that beauty of a 2W is running on a DTR G2, or at least one of his barrels. If so, I can attest to those barrels being very good. Those hosts are a pretty big jump in style over the classic C6 that's for sure.

You have seen it good. The DTR barrel is goldlike unlike the dark-brown of the 3-element glass barrel. It is one of the hidden details. :)
I can also confirm that it has the G2 lens.

I have a more precise measurement of the 2+ Watt laser in the silver host. It is exactly the same as the 2.2Watt C6 laser : 2212mW.
It is pure coincidence, these are two different lasers. :)
