(SOLD) 80mW 473nm Lasever Module (LAB/Industrial)

Re: FS: 80mW 473nm Lasever Module (LAB/Industrial)

You do know that the seller is a builder... right? :p

Re: FS: 80mW 473nm Lasever Module (LAB/Industrial)

Lolwut? :p PM incoming jayrob lol

Re: FS: 80mW 473nm Lasever Module (LAB/Industrial)

I am doing some major brainstorming about what to put mine in. I was in the shower for 30 minutes thinking about it!

Re: FS: 80mW 473nm Lasever Module (LAB/Industrial)

I suggest something that's nowhere close to generic. Gotta be a one of a kind type build for a 473 :)

Re: FS: 80mW 473nm Lasever Module (LAB/Industrial)

Decisions, decisions...

Re: FS: 80mW 473nm Lasever Module (LAB/Industrial)

Also very tempted... if there's a builder here who's willing to nab this guy into a host then I'm in

I can hook you up with the driver and lens mounted, and then you just connect your module leads to the driver leads for the final assembly... ('Hot' option)

I'll send you a PM...

have not gotten the PM yet, I'd be interested. Right now I'm looking at either this or a PL-E pro for a 473nm dpss. I really like the PL-E pro host, and I believe the IR filter issue is resolved. problem is pros are only rated up to 30 or 50mW, I was hoping for at least 80mW. I hear there are very overspec pros though...

Re: FS: 80mW 473nm Lasever Module (LAB/Industrial)

He was referring to me haha. The PL-E Pro probably would go to around 50mW, it looks like a build from jayrob will cost about the same as a CNI 80mW 1pc from the GB

Re: FS: 80mW 473nm Lasever Module (LAB/Industrial)

Sounds a lot better than the ugly PGL-III-C right? :p

Re: FS: 80mW 473nm Lasever Module (LAB/Industrial)

Guys, it's the same kind of module my Vintage Light is using ;)

Yes that host is awesome for your Vintage build...

I have similar hosts in 'like new' condition. (unused hosts)

But they are Ray-O-Vac instead of Ranger... See them here:
FS: Vintage Ray-O-Vac XM-L U2 Mod (1000 Lumen))

They are a hair shorter than the Ranger, so I would need to fit it with a 32600 instead of a 32650. (I have a couple of 32600's)

Re: FS: 80mW 473nm Lasever Module (LAB/Industrial)

I have a spare one of the one vintage light used in nicer shape. I'm saving that for an upgrade.

They pop up on ebay quite often.

Re: FS: 80mW 473nm Lasever Module (LAB/Industrial)

I have one of the Ray-O-Vac Sportsman ones  could be an interesting 473nm build... :na:

Re: FS: 80mW 473nm Lasever Module (LAB/Industrial)

I'm out, got some other handhelds I want to hold in my hand before I go for a 473. I'll probably get a PL-E pro, I want at least one pro, none of the other wavelengths or power levels interest me
thanks though:o

hey jayrob I'am interested in the 80mW 473nm Lasever Module.
I wanted to buy the PGL-III-C-473-80mW in the GB but it' too expensive.
i'll sent you a PM

Ok if hwang21 decides not to get it, they you have next choice...

Re: FS: 80mW 473nm Lasever Module (LAB/Industrial)

Well I'm actually looking for a complete or easy-to-complete build, are you looking for just the module?
