Powered by a Single 18650 battery. Laser is Brand New.

Maybe add what lens you have used in this build. ?
I hope a G2 lens but that would get you bankrupt

Yeah sorry, it's Acrilic for 635nm. With Glass lens 635nm I'm getting 320mW.

I just re-test the laser on my sensor with Fresh Battery. Actual output 396mW! :evil
Price are still the same.
