The water proof 27cm x 24.5mm host is made from nickel-copper alloy (cost around $60 actually) for lowest thermal resistance to absorb and transfer the enormous heat from the copper heatsink and 7A75 diode to the whole body to achieve unlimited running time and stability that one cannot expect in such powerful laser.
The ACC 6A driver itself is developed specifically for high power blue laser with 5 modes: Safety Mode <30mw, half power <4W, Strobe, Full Power and SOS mode. Short press to switch modes.
Laser / Diode / battery Protections:
There's an electronic lock to prevent unauthorized use. When starts, short press three times under three seconds and it will lock as safety mode, to unlock just short press five time under three seconds when starts also. For the diode, the laser will switch to half power if the total running time is over 2 minutes at full power, you can simply short press the tail button then it will back to full power. Driver will lower down the current a bit if the temperature is too high because of long using time. Reverse Polarity Protection is in too.
The laser takes 2x18650 and the operating current is 4.2A with 3.2A drains from batteries.

Now you should watch the second video as output reference but not from the pics I posted before - it's some old pictures of my own 7A75 handheld output just for handy and I assume the output of this laser should be around the same with totally the same setup. 4.2 current, same heatsink/host and everything. The 6W headings /readings whatever you called is just to attract eyeballs and I apologize for misleading people of its output but still 500mw+- floating isn't quite serious. I don't know why it grinds someone gears so much of my batteries. Even a 0.1A drop may result a big different in output for such powerful laser. In 2W 445nm, it may only lead to 50mw drop but in 5W scale that's a different story. I had some misconception of batteries but I never said better Mah batteries produce a better performance. I said better quality batteries with bigger mah may help to increase output(which is wrong@constant current driver but not wrong in linear driver such as jetlasers greenie). And I am sorry to cover my mistake/power loss with such nonscene reason(thanks for the lessons). I don't know what other people thinking but that's a real 7A75 diode using inside the laser with at least >5200mw output on G1 lens. Not some cheap chinese pointer with overstating ultra exaggerate output which a common image here on LPF. I can guarantee if our quality failed to amuse you then whoever bought it can refund immediately.
