Yeah this is a really efficient diode. I always enjoy finding those.

That's my favorite part about building lasrers: finishing one and LPM'ing it to see how efficient the diode turned out to be.

Then again, it kind of bums me out a bit when I find ones running less thean 80% or so. My worst LPM'd at under 70% or the input current, and of course heated up fast.
