Hi ,
Sine I have slowed down in the laser hobby , thought I would list these two diodes .
I have them listed on ebay and that is where I would like to sell them trough as its much easier for me , I have the GSP option for orders outside the UK .
Both diodes where purchased used a while back from ebay and I have tested them both , with water cooling they hold over 2.5W and 3W respectively .
Both the laser diodes are bonded to the water block so removing them would be difficult , the 3 watt diode uses two black bucks that are epoxied to the water block and set to 7A each for a 14A drive .
The 2.5 watt diode uses three linear flexmod P3 regulators each at 3.3A for 10A drive .

Up for sale is a 2.5W SDL 7470 fiber coupled laser diode in the 670 - 690nm range, deep red. You will need a source of around 8V @ 10A and a 5V variable source for the 0 - 5V analogue modulation.
