I have a newly built , (made one month ago) lasts for a long time >45 sec then cool) 445nm, M140 with G2 lens SH-032 Jayrob Build. Flex Drive internal, thermally epoxied to pill with Arctic Alumina (same as my Lab Lasers) Visible Diode Lasers. Heat dissipation is great. Ships with dual 18650 charger & 1 - 18650 battery (protection removed)

What current is this build running at? I love these hosts. Probably my 2nd favorite flashlight build.

Current draw at from battery is 2.25A. I just had a good batch of diodes. The driver was set to 1.8A..

SH-032, stainless steel jayrob. Very sturdy, I have made 10-12 of them..

Did you use dual Flex-driver setup ? The only way to get 1.8A from a Flexdrive is using two drivers. If so the price is very good.

Yes, they are sandwiched and epoxied into the pill.
