I built this a long time ago, actually before I started lasers 
I have used it to my needs & it worked like a charm for the entire time I used it, I even made a little cell phone / iPod USB port to charge them using 18650's 
( it only gives 500mA of current so it charges iPhones extremely slowly ) and it charges the 18650 at the current the solar panel can give out, in this case mine I have attached only charges batteries at 120mA which is extremely slowly especially when charging those high capacity 18650, but you can plug it into a USB mini-B port or a barrel plug to charge quicker just make sure only one is hooked up at a time.
This costed me 50$+ to build but since I used it for so long I'm selling it at a dramatically lower price.

That's the inside, it is messy but it works
Also there are LED indicators to show when it charged and if it's charging, I also added a really cool feature that because it's solar it may get to hot to safely charge 18650's so, if it gets to hot it stops charging and shows as charged but its not actually, then once it cools down it continues charging, this is done using a thermistor located under the solar panel, there are 2 hot components in the Tin, one is the charging ic & one is the boost ic for the phone charger.
So, pricing
I want 25$ + shipping for this, Canada & US shipping is 10$ and is tracked + insured, IF the buyer wants you can take 4$ shipping in the US BUT I am not responsible for it getting lost since YOU wanted the cheaper shipping sorry Canadians I'm only shipping tracked so if you want cheaper shipping it'll be 7$ for regular parcel
