I've managed to read the data going to and from the device, the issue is, I can't make sense of it (purely because I have never done this before, and don't know what I'm looking at).
Is there a way I can write some software that will send that data/info to the device as it is seen there? What does the data actually mean etc?

The only things I would be looking at would be...
1) Request Details - to know how many bytes were sent/received
2) Raw Data - to know what was sent/received
3) I/O - to know which direction the data was sent
