Single mode 808nm with output > 200mw?

Does anyone know if there is any single mode 808nm diodes available or in existence? Particularly of a higher power, preferrably more than 200mw. I did some searching for something like this but did not come up with anything. Please let me know if you are awarded something like this available.

Not sure about single mode, take a look at these:

If you are looking for 808 diodes for DPSS you'll want a c-mount package with FAC. Not the standard little can diodes.
