Here is a simple spirograph I made. The kids love it lol.
I know spirograph's are 'old news' but I thought I'd show it off.

The insides are simple, just the two motors and battery pack.

On the lid are two switches (one for each motor) and two pots to adjust the motor's speeds.

I think that everyone in the hobby builds a spiro at some time...and why not, they simple and fun to make. Outside the hobby they are still rare enough to wow people with :)

Nice build by the way.

How about a two color spiro?

Would it just be a matter of pointing a second beam into that box, from a slightly different angle?

Thanks for those great pictures, I'm going to make another Radio Shack trip this weekend! ;)

It would just be two patterns next to each other overlapping.
