Ok so a few monthes ago i bought a brand new CNI pgl300, and it took them for ever to get it to me, but when it finally arrived, it was defective, so we RMA it back and a few more weeks later, i get the new unit, here are my problems... At this point im not sure weather to send it back AGAIN or just live with it...

PROBLEMS
Horrible divergance
mode hopping
wont burn ANYTHING unless i put it in the fridge for 10min, then it will burn good for 3min...

I am sick of this!!!! If i send it back again, it will cost me about $100 total...
Would you send it back?

I know it's a pain in the ass, but you should RMA it, you spent good money on it, you shouldn't have to just cope with this laser defects.

I say you should return it again (or get a refund). There's no reason why something should have problems like that which you payed good money for. No use in keeping it either when you always have that option to return it:yh:

If I were you, I would send it back, and tell them I should not be paying for your defects.

Then never buy from them again.

When I purchase any laser, it better be exactly what I expected, or its going back.

Ohhh, dude listen to this man ^

That'll do it ;)

CNI is a very reputable company. I feel this is a isolated incident.

Why are you putting it in the freezer anyhow?. If it getting that hot...that should have raised a flag.
