shipping to uk .CUSTOMS UK

am looking at getting a 2W+ laser pointer
shipped to the UK.from the US.
does anyone know if there would be any problems
getting it through customs??
has anyone tried sending or receiving?

I never had any problems with UK customs but with the new USPS rules on Li-Ions I would not have it sent with a battery. Also without the battery that will make it just a little harder to identify and test the unit but to cover yourself I would get a guarantee from the seller that if it does not arrive they will refund or replace the unit.:beer:

From what I know, UK customs are a little more "relaxed" on these things.

Ive ordered countless items off DTR , and bought fully assembled lasers from Lazereer and Phoenix77 , high power ones too, with NO problems getting them through UK customs.

Thats NO guarantee though.
