Secondly it needs a power supply (5 or 12 volts, I can't remember) to regulate or modulate or something and without that it won't lase. I rigged up an old PC power supply to do this and as such will be selling these as a complete set.

5 volts for modulation - may be a jumper or dip switch on the driver to disable that or invert the input. If not, easy enough just to hook up 5V

Yep, I had a feeling it wouldn't sell at the original price even although it's really worth that. Missing the facia plate in the real world probably devalued it. Anyway, it's now sold.

ArcticDude---nice find--473nm is a beautiful wavelength and the beam quality of a DPSS 473nm is much better than any 445nm.

Post some pictues when you get it up and running.
