Searching a laser max $100 for a friend gift!

I wish to do a gift for a dear friend fo mine.
Since he has done some big favours to me, and he wish to have a laser,
I'm searching a working laser, in good conditions, new or used.
I live in Italy, so nations near my home will be preferred
I want to spend no more than 100 dollars (plus postage and Paypal fees), no matter the colour of the laser.
The most important thing is that the laser has not issues, scratches or damages.

How about sci-fi lasers? Eitan, TheJoker301 on LPF, is in Israel so fairly close to you. Good prices and a great guy to deal with.
