Science Balloon Pop

Hey everyone im pretty knew to the laser world and everything! Anyway I need a laser that can pop a balloon and maybe also light a match if that's possible? Do you have recommendations on lasers or sites that offer good quality lasers that can do this task? I have a budget of about $75 is it possible with this money? Are there any cheaper? Specific laser recommendations would be great! Thank you!

If you are demonstrating this in front of
students, please make sure there is no way
it can reflect and enter someone's eye.
High power laser demonstrations in middle
and high school are highly discouraged.
(Probably grade school also as well
currently these days)
