Hello laser-loving people,

I just recently purchased a Sanwu Pocket Laser which takes a single 10440 battery. I am trying to find which batteries would work best with this laser.

There's a 4-pack of TrustFire 10440 batteries for about $26 CAD, but many of the reviews claim that the batteries are too long for some devices as they are 46mm in length. Would these batteries fit? This deal seems good because it comes with more batteries which would be convenient as the capacity is pretty low on 10440's.

Then there's also a 2-pack of PkCell 10440 batteries for about $10, these batteries seem to have the right dimensions at 44mm, but there are fewer reviews to rely on to determine the batteries reliability. This deal seems good because it's at least going to for sure fit as far as I know.

Any advice and help would be greatly appreciated as I'm trying to order these batteries so they can arrive at the same time as my laser. Just really trying to figure out if the 46mm's will fit.

Hello Quigus; the Trustfire 10440's will fit/work in your Sanwu Pocket. Those are the first batteries I used in mine. Still use them once in awhile. But I would recommend The Efest 10440's, there just a much better battery. I bought the 350mAh's Efest 10440's and they just last so much longer between charges. They are a little "pricer" but I think they were well worth the difference. Flat top or button top will both fit the the Pockets. :)

Ps, you might want to go to the welcome thread and introduce yourself. Welcome. :)

It might not be 1 watt, but at half a watt it's pretty incredible for the size of the thing. It always amazes people, they just can't figure out why so much blue comes out of something so tiny and it's a great little burner too.

I use the Efest 10440 flat-top 350mAh's like BobMc and they hold charge very well indeed.

The 650nm 250mw red is also a great little unit.

1 watt!!!

I never thought of asking Sanwu/Podo to do custom builds. That sounds amazing.

1 watt put inside such a tiny host on 10440.

Might suggest 1 watt of 635nm.

Thanks for that tip.

1 watt of red, in a pocket, is on my to-get list. ( great minds think alike) :)

( 1 watt might be asking to much, but as close as ). :)

That's a really cute build, if you won't mind me saying so dden. Got a thing for small builds like that. :gj:
