For public info / archives:
Repaired/disassembled a Sanwu Pocket 505nm 50mW today.
Driver is using the LT1931 Inverting DC/DC Converter, which was faulty and overheating on this board, causing a blink after long runtimes.
Their driver seems to be set to 400mA CC at the diode.
They are using a case positive Sharp 505nm SB4090K92
Went ahead a replaced the driver to my 11mm JLB4855 driver, used for my nano series, set to 480mA.
I also replaced the diode to a sharp 488nm. This pointer now outputs 146mW.
If you need repairing of a sanwu product, let me know in my DMs and I will happily repair it for a fair price.
