no they say on the frames 480-532 2.5 od and 470-555 1.5 od

No.. they protect from 480nm - 555nm

so any light in that range, it does a good job of blocking.

532 is the wavelength of the most common green pointers, so it means you are protected from them because they fall within the protective spectrum.
