Running ebay pen on 3.7 volt lith ion need spacer

Does anybody know where you can get a AAA spacer to put inside a eBay pen as I'm rather over having to get alkaline batteries when i have rechargeable batteries for all my other lasers. I assume they exist as I've seen and got them for my other devices but i haven't seen an AAA size one Thanks
