That's the case pin. It was cut off at the factory. The diode itself is isolated from the case so the case pin isn't used. Here is the pinout for these diodes (looking at the back of the diode): ...

Umm, it IS same pinout as PHR diode - floating case, same as all bluray and now apparently Blue diodes.

Just a quick note for those who joined this GB.

Mine started to flicker at 2.23A, I have been running, stable, so far, at 1.73.

I do not have a LPM so I don't have the actual mW. Anyone in/near San Diego that could measure it for me?

Edit:
My readings need to be verified. I am using a microboost driver which has a max setting of 1A. I need to use a dummy load to verify my readings.
