Rifle/mini arctic host where can i find one?

Does anyone know where i can get one from either a blank host or LED torch?
(i cant get one with a 200mW is banned in my country)

i asked laszerer, but he didnt reply yet
i dont think there will be anyone selling just the host anytime soon :/
if shipping to your country is a problem, im sure a member here would be glad to have it shipped to them, then then ship it to you (dismantled or something)
