There's lots of cheap stuff on taobao. I've gotten stuff from a few vendors that sell there before. The hard part is just the buying stuff. Going through an 'agent' usually makes it not worth it due to the % they charge for the transaction. At least for resale purposes. I got lucky when I was dealing with it since I knew someone who could read chinese to get me in contact with a few vendors that would deal with overseas people directly.

This particular vendor isn't one of them that I talk to though. But then again.. Loads of people selling lasers and parts on taobao as well so it's not surprising.
