Stuff happens, and I understand that. I'm in sales, and sometimes things just get backed-up and back-burnered. What makes the difference between business owners and great business owners is the way the two handle difficult situations. You responded to this one with character and an eye on the customer. As a result, for my next purchase (which will be a 405 kit) I'll purchase whatever I can with you.
