READ this if you are doing biz with China now or before Oct9th

Every year the entire country of China shuts down to celebrate thier biggest National Holiday= Most there are working today and the rest of the weekend in order to stretch this into a 7+ day celebration- SO--- if you are about to do biz--sorry--In China its already Sunday morning and no parcels/mail will be going out any time soon.
Do not expect replies to emails until after the holiday is over and even them they come back to work already behind so its takes longer to get things done.

Its best to have all dealings wrapped up by Sept 25th or you may be waiting intil Oct 8 or as late as the 10th.

Working people in every country need a break... even in China-lol

My item was shipped from china yesterday (Oct 2nd). I don't know why but I'm guessing the company I deal with (Lazerer) hasn't taken a holiday!

I spoke to Max from Lazerer today. He did confirm that the holidays are taking place etc. He told me that they will not begin working on orders again tell the fifth so that's only 2 days away.

sounds like Max is a good guy-- of course my post was not meant to be taken w/o a grain of salt-- but a vast majority do observe this holiday-- outfits like DHL may not close down but I wager that China Post does-
