Bought a tripod from laserbtb a few days ago & just arrived, thought I would make a quick review on the product!
The packaging was standard, nothing too impressive. If I can add the "gray" did feel like a matte surface in my hands but then again dosen't make a huge difference.
I wasn't expecting this. After ripping away the gray layer I found a microphone box and was first thinking "did I receive a microphone stand instead of a laser tripod"? Turns out they just shipped it in that box. Woo
The actual box containing the tripod was very well protected. Not only was there a layer of bubble wrap around it, but they also added some foam for added protection!
The tripod & the black stand(for the lasers) itself. The quality is ok, it's plastic but it feels sturdy enough to do it's job, which is to hold a pen style laser.
Quick comparison of the tripod next to a pair of scissors. As you can see the tripod isn't too big which I find quite nice.
Best for last. The tripod holding my all important sun!!!!
All in all, if you are looking for a cheap tripod($10) + $12 shipping(AirMail which got to me in 5 days!!!!) I would recommend checking this one out on the laserbtb website. Sure it won't be as high quality as other but it does it jobs and looks pretty good considering other tripods I have seen for the same price
