I wanted to know for a 1 watt 445 nm diode mount a boostdrive
if the voltage change anything? If I mount it in 3.7 V or 4.5?

The boost drive will automatically provide a higher voltage than the input voltage as needed. So if you use a 3.7V battery or a fully charged one at 4.2V, it should be able to provide the correct voltage to your diode.
