Years ago there were some people selling test load kits on here but they don't seem to exist anymore.
Is there anywhere I can purchase a test load kit to setup up my boost drivers? Or possibly directions on how to build one?

Do not use a diode, Not being able to look at the testload/driver testing area (most likely a bench) and the stray beam burning stuff is a bummer. Put 9 normal 5A rectifier diode in series and the forward voltage will match a blue diode approx. 11 should be good for a green diode.

I don't use a collimator on the diode so it's not burning anything. It simply aims at the ceiling and there is little to no reflection where I have it aimed. I've been using the same diode for years.

Years ago I bought 50 10 amp silicon rectifiers to use in test loads. Paid about $5 for all of them.
