Commonly the dropshippers will only send you another item, they only request the damaged item if it is worth the shipping. You tried contacting john?

yeah my experience wasn't good with PA. I ordered $2.65 worth of dust caps, long story short? Took two months to receive nothing, and another month for my $2.65 refund

Doesn't surprise me at all. I still haven't got an order from 2 months ago.

My experience with PA lean towards worst. I haven't got my first order made on 09/1 and their customer support is typical Chinese one.

@John:The responses from your CS staff does not make any sense to me.Why I would have to pay more if you wanted to resend the order? And to make the matter worst what has been posted in PayPal is not well sync with tickets' response.
