Hey everyone I wanted to know how much a 500mw 450nm laser would cost me either in 12x50-60mm or a fully assembled laser with pretty good heatsinking.

You could get a 1 watt laser for the same price as what greenlander mentioned from members on the forum....

If they sent it with goggles, I wouldn't trust my goggles with one watt.
And who sells them?

The Osram PLTB450B 450nm can do 1W to 2W depending on lens and driver current and diode efficiency. A complete module with driver and lens will cost $90 or $118 from DTR: https://sites.google.com/site/dtrlpf/home/diodes/osram-pltb450-1-4w-450nm if you put together a laser yourself I guess the minimum cost should be about $120. I am going to build one of these myself very soon and it looks like my total cost will be about $150. I will of course post a detailed build thread with photos.

There is problem with the 5-700mW ballpark. There is a big hole in the power spectrum it's falling into.
Out of the commonly available diodes, the PL450B maxes at maybe 300mW with a G2. The next step
up goes way up, over 1W. I would suggest either going higher or lower. Otherwise, you could get a 1W
module and underdrive it. Kind of a waste, really, and it will be putting out 440 - 445nm, not 450nm.

Okay, I'm not a picky person, I'll go with a 445nm 501b from blord
