Posting pictures to LPF from an IPhone or iPad?

I upload the photos to my album then copy the URL but the apple won't highlight the URL rather the whole box. Hmm i dislike macs in general but I can't part with my iTunes playlist so I'm stuck with them.

I have the same problem with highlighting the bb code/url. Only on my android phone can I get it to work. This information would help me out too.

Huh? I post pics from my Iphone all the time... Are you talking about photos uploaded to LPF specific hosted album? then can't click the box on a LPF page?

Hmm that's odd.. Shows up for me? Not sure what "box" your talking about exactly.... But here's what I did...

1 - go to advanced
2 - click the paperclip to add attachment
3 - brings up another tab with the LPF uploader
4 - upload image (shows a list below of attachments)
5 - I click the attachment in the uploader list and it pull up the image in a new tab with a LPF address...
6 - go top of page and copy link from safari address bar
7 - paste address in post with image tags..

Or are you talking about a different method?

Edit: are you talking about the "box" at the bottom of the post that its attached to?

Ok, I think that was because I went in after and edited it to add the pic or something like that... Not sure but it didn't add a second "thumbnail" under it and under the line like the second properly attached one.

I'll look into why your link still isn't working

Edit: I see. - try this, Quote YOUR post with your link. Cut and paste the link itself (between the img tags) and paste it into the top of your browser. Now, For your image WORK, when you do this, it NEEDS to take you DIRECTLY to a specific address with JUST the picture itself and nothing else.

You link does not work when I try it. I'm not sure How you uploaded it exactly but you can quote my test 2 and try it to see what I'm talking about.

When I go advanced, click the paper clip nothing happens, that's strange. I don't have any problems with my windows PC.

I see the problem now, you two "h t t p"'s in your link for 1...
Removed one, pasted link in browser and it takes me to a LPF border with the image INSIDE. The link NEEDS to be directly to the image itself. And yes my phone does not open the pic in a new page either. I CAN if I upload to the specific post I place it in through the advanced tab though

Nope. If I quote it and extract the link it works... But it does not take you to a DEDICATED URL with the Image ONLY like my test 2.

However your uploading them is not letting you get to the link, and now for some reason my Paperclip doesn't work either... Seriously.. You JUST cursed me.. Lol. I cleared history, cookies, closed safari, restarted the phone, tried a new thread.... NOTHING lol..

At this point you/I would have to upload the pic elsewhere that allows you to open the pic in a dedicated link or provide you with the pre-tagged link like tinypic.com

Then just post those tags in here, if you ever delete them the links will break though.

Hmmm if I copy and paste hard link from my phone it will work...
